Ils traversaient le Nil et visitaient les temples des millions d\u2019ann\u00e9es\u00a0ou temples m\u00e9moriels construits en l&rsquo;honneur du roi et d\u2019Amon-R\u00ea sur la rive Ouest.<\/p>\n<p>Cette f\u00eate pr\u00e9sentait \u00e9galement un aspect priv\u00e9 qui se d\u00e9roulait dans les tombes des particuliers. Les c\u00e9r\u00e9monies termin\u00e9es, c\u2019\u00e9tait le retour \u00e0 Karnak sur la rive Est.<\/p>\n<p>Attest\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re certaine depuis Hatchepsout mais peut-\u00eatre plus ancienne, cette f\u00eate, qui connut des modifications aux cours des si\u00e8cles, subsista jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la p\u00e9riode ptol\u00e9ma\u00efque-romaine.
